MANDATORY GRADUATION REHEARSAL
- Thursday, May 13, 2010, 12:00 - 2:30 p.m.
- St. John Neumann Catholic Church in St. Charles , IL
DIRECTIONS & PARKING
- The Church is located on Route 64 ( North Avenue )/ East Main Street between Kirk Road and Dunham Road .
- The parking lot is accessible on the south side of the Church off Route 64 (North Avenue), from Fox Field Road on the north side, and Kirk Road on the east side.
GRADUATION TICKETS AND SEATING
- At Graduation rehearsal each student will receive 6 tickets for graduation.
- Since seating is very limited, no extra tickets will be available unless students make arrangements with other students who do not need all 6 tickets.
- SEATING IS NOT RESERVED , with the exception of those families who bid on front row seats at the St. Francis Auction.
- Doors will open on Graduation day at 2:30 p.m. Please wait until someone takes your tickets before entering and taking your seats. If you leave temporarily once you are in the church, please ask for a ticket to show when you return.
- The graduates will begin processing in at 2:50 p.m. The Commencement Liturgy will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. and end between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m.
- Please direct special seating requests (i.e. guests in wheel chairs) or any other questions about the ceremony to Michael Page at 630-668-5800 (1204).
GRADUATION GOWNS
- Graduation gowns for seniors (cost included in graduation fee) will be distributed after the Senior Institute on Thursday, April 29 when seniors convene in the Kuhn Cultural Arts Center.
SERVICE HOUR REQUIREMENT REMINDER
- Seniors who have not fulfilled their Service Project graduation requirement will be required to attend school Thursday, May 13, and Friday, May 14. See our website at http://www.sfhsnet.org/top/studentsvcs/cmin-svchours.htm for more information.
- All questions should be directed to Diane Mercadante, Director of Pastoral Ministry,

GIRLS:
- DRESS SHOES OR DRESS SANDALS (no flip-flops or athletic shoes)
- SKIRTS with coordinating top
- DRESS
- DRESS SLACKS with coordinating top.
(Remember that gown is translucent white)
- HOSIERY IS OPTIONAL
- NO VISUAL BODY PIERCING (excluding earrings)
- TOP TEN STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR THEIR MEDAL.
- ALL ARE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR THEIR KAIROS CROSS.
- No corsages or other flowers.
BOYS:
- DRESS SHOES (no flip-flops or athletic shoes)
- DRESS SHIRT & TIE
- DRESS PANTS
- NO EARRINGS or BODY PIERCING
- CLEAN SHAVEN

Dear Seniors and Senior Parents,
It is our pleasure to inform you about this year’s Junior-Senior Prom, “Never Gonna Let You Go”, as well as other upcoming senior events. Time and effort has been dedicated towards making the end of the year one to remember. As we finish our time here at St. Francis High School, we hope you will make the most of the activities still to come. Please read this booklet carefully, as it will hopefully answer many of your questions.

PARENT AGREEMENT
I understand that my son/daughter must arrive at St. Francis by 5:30 p.m. to utilize transportation to/from the Prom at the Shedd Aquarium on Saturday, May 1 st. I understand my son/daughter will remain at Prom the entire evening. I understand my son/daughter will return to St. Francis at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 2 nd.
I will not allow my child to attend a pre-prom party where underage drinking may take place. I will make it clear to my child that I will not tolerate drinking in a car or limousine. Finally, I will not permit my child to attend a post-prom party where underage drinking may occur.
